Swimming Teacher

Role Description This is a part-time role located in Wolverhampton for a Swim Instructor and pool assistants. The Swim Instructor will be responsible for teaching swim lessons to individuals of varying ages and skill levels, ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning environment. Key responsibilities include planning and delivering structured swim sessions, demonstrating swimming techniques, monitoring student progress, and maintaining safety protocols during lessons. The Swim Instructor will also provide encouragement and constructive feedback to participants to help them improve their swimming abilities. Assistants will be in the pool supporting the teacher during lessons. Qualifications o Proficiency in Swim Instruction and the ability to conduct engaging and effective Swim Lessons. o Comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in Swimming and Aquatics. o Experience or certification in Lifeguarding and water safety practices preferrable o Excellent communication skills and ability to interact positively with children, adults, and families o Relevant certifications such as a Swim Instructor certification, Lifeguard certification, and/or First Aid and CPR training are strongly preferred. o A passion for teaching and helping individuals
