WE'RE HIRING! Level 2 Swimming Teachers Location: Caerphilly Join the team at Cwac Cwac's Juniors! We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable and passionate Level 2 Swimming Teachers to join our friendly, supportive team. At Cwac Cwac's Juniors, we provide 1:1 private and 2:1 shared swimming lessons for children aged 3 years and over in a safe, welcoming and fully inclusive environment. We believe every child deserves the opportunity to develop confidence, life-saving skills and a love of swimming, regardless of their starting point. What We Offer Excellent rates of pay Flexible working opportunities Warm, friendly and supportive team Modern heated pool with a flow machine Opportunity to make a real difference in children's lives Ongoing professional support and development Inclusive teaching environment where every child is welcomed and valued The Role You will: Deliver high-quality 1:1 and 2:1 swimming lessons Teach children from 3 years onwards Plan engaging, personalised lessons to suit each swimmer's needs and ability Build water confidence, swimming technique and water safety skills Create a fun, encouraging and positive learning environment Work closely with families to support each child's progress About You We're looking for someone who: Holds a Level 2 Swimming Teacher Qualification (STA, Swim England or equivalent) Is passionate about teaching children Is patient, enthusiastic and encouraging Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills Is reliable, professional and a team player Holds an Enhanced DBS certificate (or is willing to obtain one) Interested?
