Are you a passionate and proactive manager? We have an exciting opportunity to join our not-for-profit social enterprise and registered charity that runs and operates Active Lifestyle Centres throughout South Gloucestershire. We are looking for an experienced Head of Customer Services to join our team based at Head Office, Thornbury Active Lifestyle Centre. As Head of Customer Services you will: • Be directly responsible for how we operate customer services at all Circadian Trust sites • Assist the Director of Commercial Development in developing the customer operational strategy • Line manage the Contact Centre Customer Services Manager and Retention Manager • Be responsible for Circadian Trust's sales and retention processes • Be a proactive member of Circadian Trust's Senior Management Team (SMT) with the aim of contributing expertise and support to the development of Circadian Trust as a whole. We want to hear from you if you... • Hold a Level 4 in Customer Services or Management or substantial and varied customer services experience • Have a wide knowledge and experience of customer services and retention work and experience of managing the implementation of sales activity and promotions to ensure targets are achieved • Have proven supervisory management skills Please download the job description from the job advert on our website for further information.
