Swimming Teacher

We are recruiting for a passionate and experienced swimming teacher looking for a new opportunity. About the Role We are seeking an experienced (at least 3 years), reliable and qualified Level 2 Swimming Teacher to deliver high-quality lessons to swimmers of all ages, with a particular emphasis on technique in small class sizes. Key Responsibilities · Deliver engaging swimming lessons for children and adults following our lessons plans. · Assess swimmers’ progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and carers. · Maintain the highest standards of poolside safety in accordance with facility guidelines. · Foster a welcoming, supportive, and inclusive learning environment for all participants. Requirements · Recognised Level 2 Swimming Teaching qualification (essential). · P&B/Toddler teaching certificate (desirable). · Strong communication skills and a positive, approachable manner. · Commitment to ongoing professional development and child safeguarding. · Ability to work flexibly, weekday afternoons and evenings, Monday through Saturday. · Current Enhanced DBS check. · NPLQ/NRASTC/STA Safety Award. · Safeguarding Children Certificate. · Own personal insurance as you will be self-employed.
