Swimming Teacher

A swimming teacher's role is to educate and motivate people to learn how to swim, while ensuring their safety and providing a fun environment: Planning: Create lesson plans for beginners, improvers, and advanced swimmers. Ensure lessons meet the requirements of guidelines such as the Swim England Learn to Swim Framework. Teaching: Teach swimming in groups or one-on-one. Demonstrate techniques, correct faults, and identify ways to improve performance. Safety: Ensure safety standards are followed, and that life-saving equipment is in working order. Comply with health and safety guidelines, safeguarding guidelines, and the Equality and Diversity Policy. Feedback: Assess participants' abilities and progress, and provide regular feedback.
