Open Water Swim Coach

The Aqua Park Lakeside is looking to work with an Open Water Swim coach for the summer 2026 season. The site will be open from May to the end of September 2026. We currently run Open Water Swim sets on a Saturday and Sunday morning from 10am to 11.30am. We are looking initially to support one of those mornings with a coach. Please see: https://www.aquaparkgroup.co.uk/careers/ Day to Day: Being a friendly face on site to encourage a growing open water swim community. Providing coaching to small groups. Encouraging people who are new to open water to have fun and enjoy the experience, within their limits. Working within our agreed normal operating procedures and emergency action plans. Working with our team onsite, which includes Managers/Duty Managers and Lifeguards. We would like to hear from you if: Hold an STA Level 2 Award in Open Water Swim Coaching. Hold a valid First Aid at Work certificate. You are an excellent communicator You are organised and conscientious You are looking for part-time work through the summer season. Other Information: You need to have the right to work in the UK. You will be fully referenced before starting work, so you will need to provide details of two referees.
