There is an opportunity for the successful candidate to take a lead role in further developing our junior squads and playing a role in the future development of BSC. Responsibilities include: Day to day coaching of swimmers during training sessions Working as part of a team to support swimmers Provide timely and appropriate feedback on performance Attend coaches meetings Join coaches WhatsApp group for adhoc communications Be available to provide coaching support at a proportion of club galas and open meets Attend relevant training and maintain CPD
