We work across Wiltshire, helping over 1,000 people each week discover the physical, emotional and social benefits of the water. Someone enthusiastic and silly enough to sing songs, splash around, and make water play feel like magic. You’re a natural communicator – confident speaking to groups and putting parents at ease. A great team player – you show up, muck in, and support your colleagues. Someone reliable, committed, and flexible – especially when it comes to weekend shifts. You’re ready to learn, grow and develop with us – we invest in people who love to learn! 🧽 The Role (Yes, You’ll Be in the Water!) Deliver engaging, structured baby and preschool swimming lessons. Support children and their grown-ups to feel confident and safe in the water. Use songs, games and sensory play to support physical and emotional development. Keep parents updated on their child’s progress and milestones. Follow all health & safety protocols to keep everyone safe and happy. Work collaboratively with your team to create the best possible learning environment. 🎓 Don’t Have a Qualification Yet? No problem! If you have the personality, passion and dedication, we’ll train you! Hours: Shifts available across five days per week, with weekend availability required. Term time only – plus optional crash courses or extra work in school holidays.
