Customer Service Advisor

Position Type: Full time / Permanent / Working From Office Location: Anchor House - Walsall Job Purpose and Role: Working within STA’s Customer Services Team and Digital Services Team, providing customers, members and Approved Training Centre’s with support on general and digital system related enquiries. Main Duties: • Dealing with customer queries, comments and complaints. • Answering incoming calls in a timely and courteous manner in line with qualify objectives. • Providing assistance and support to customers, members, learners and Approved Training Centres including front line support on using STA’s portfolio of digital systems. • Liaising with members and Approved Training Centre’s on a regular basis to maintain good relationships. • Administering course, learner and application documentation. • Monitoring and answering incoming emails on a daily basis. • Communicating information to customers in a timely and appropriate manner. • Attending and contributing to relevant meetings. • Assisting the Digital Services Manager and Senior Customer Service Advisor on meetings demonstrating how to use STA’s portfolio of digital systems. • Assisting the Digital Services Manager on administrating and updating STA’s digital assessment system. • Assisting in the creation of digital communication mailers. • Assisting in the creation of digital surveys. • Maintaining high standards of confidentiality. • Maintaining continual professional development by attending the various online learning courses provided. • Any other duties as required.
