Level 2 Swim Teacher

We are looking for two enthusiastic and reliable Level 2 Swimming Teachers to join our growing team at Jenkins Swim Studio in Cheltenham, starting January 2027. We are an independent, family-run swim school with a strong focus on small class sizes, quality teaching and building children's confidence in the water. **The role will involve:** - Teaching swimming lessons to children of varying ages and abilities. - Delivering engaging, fun and progressive lessons following the STA Learn to Swim programme. - Adapting teaching methods to suit individual children's needs. - Creating a safe, positive and encouraging learning environment. - Monitoring swimmers' progress and supporting them in achieving their goals. - Working alongside our friendly team and poolside assistants. **What we offer:** - £26 per hour. - Saturdays, 10am–2pm. - Term time only - Small class sizes, with a maximum of 6 swimmers in school-age groups. - A warm 31°C teaching pool. - Poolside assistant support. - A welcoming and supportive working environment.
