Casual Customer Services Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Services Team at Bradley Stoke Active Lifestyle Centre! As a Casual Customer Services Advisor you will... • Be responsible for making bookings and payment for activities at the centre. • Handle general and sales enquiries from customers. We want to hear from you if you are... • Someone who is friendly and dynamic, with strong communication skills - who thrives in a fast paced environment! • Someone who has knowledge of IT applications including Outlook, Microsoft packages and booking systems. As a Casual Worker, you will not work a guaranteed amount of hours. You will cover sickness absences, holidays and will work during busy periods at the centre. Shifts may include days, evenings and weekends. If you do not work for a period of 3 months then you will be removed from our bank of Casual Workers.
