Customer Service Assistant

Are you a friendly and outgoing individual who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We have the opportunity for you to join our Customer Service Assistant team with Teignbridge Leisure. As a front on house member of staff you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will enjoy working with the public, answering customer enquiries, responding to emails, answering phone calls and assisting customers to use our app or website, making their visit to the leisure centre a great one! We would love for you to: Enjoy helping people and supporting your customers by being patient, level-headed and calm under pressure. Enjoy solving problems, taking on difficult challenges and finding creative solutions. Be able to confidently communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
