As Assistant Manager you will... • Be directly responsible for the day-to-day operation of the facility, ensuring efficient and effective utilisation of all resources, excellent delivery of customer service and security of the facility • Be responsible for one of the following corporate areas: Facilities Management and Health & Safety, Staffing, or Programming • Be a proactive member of the Centre's Operations Management Team and provide the lead in developing the leisure team to support Circadian Trust's management philosophy We want to hear from you if you... • Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Leisure Management, or considerable and varied Leisure Management experience • Have the ability to lead and motivate a team and work effectively alongside others • See the bigger picture for Bradley Stoke and have the ambition to be part of its future growth and success.
