Swimming Teacher with Baby and Pre School

Swimmers Academy & Baby Swimmers run swimming classes in Leeds, York, Harrogate and Bradford. Our goal is to teach children of all ages to swim. Our organisation is seeking a Swimming Teacher who will facilitate and ensure safe and healthy swimming practices as well as participate in the effective and efficient development of our swimmers using the STA Awards Programme. The Swimming Teacher will also be responsible for ensuring swimmers are safe and having fun, in an environment that is both physically challenging and rewarding. Specifically, the ideal candidate will have experience with teaching mainstream swimming as well as Baby and Pre School classes. Must be reliable, engaging with parents and children and have excellent communication skills. In house training is provided using Baby Swimmers lesson plans Responsibilities: Teach children swimming skills and strokes. Teaching water confidence and safety skills to parent and baby classes Ensuring all ages and abilities progress following the STA Award Programme Award certificates at the end of each term Follow health & safety requirements for all swimmers safety Keep up to date with CPD's and annual health and safety tests Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Part-time hours: 10.5 per week Salary: £22.00 per hour plus £5 set up/clear down Benefits: Employee discount Profit sharing Schedule: Monday 10.30am - 1pm - Holiday Inn, Garforth, LS25 Monday 3.30pm - 4.30pm - Milestone School, Stanningley, LS26 Tuesday 3.30pm - 4.30pm - Milestone School, Stanningley, LS26 Thursday 4pm - 7pm - Temple Moor High School, LS15 Saturday 9am - 1pm - Temple Moor High School, LS15 Friday 3.30pm - 5.35pm - Penny Field School, Meanwood, LS6
