Swimming Teacher

We are looking for Swimming Teachers for Bradley Stoke Active Lifestyle Centre! Your role will include... • Teaching swimming to the required program • Keeping records of the learners achievements • Ensuring that lessons are set up and cleared away in line with Circadian Trust procedures • Maintaining a safe environment at all times following health and safety guidance • Supporting environmental systems and promoting healthy lifestyles You will.. • Be a good communicator and have knowledge of current health and safety legislation. • Take pride in your work, are always on time, organised and totally reliable. • Hold at least STA Level 2 Award in Swim Teaching qualification. • Receive excellent training, career development and the opportunity to work with like-minded people. Applications close at 8:00am on 7th April 2026 Swim England Level 1 Qualified Candidates: Please note that we no longer accept Swim England Level 1 qualifications. If you hold this qualification, we are happy to consider your application, but we will request that you attend an STA Level 2 Award course prior to starting your role with us. We will also ask you to attend a poolside assessment as part of the interview process. You can either make arrangements to attend a course yourself, or we can arrange for you to attend one of our in-house courses. If you are offered a contracted role and choose to qualify with us, we will fund 100% of the STA Level 2 Award course subject to you signing a training agreement. If you are offered a casual role and choose to qualify with us, we will fund 50% of the course subject to you signing a training agreement.
