Job description
Position Type: Full time / Permanent / Working From Office Location: Anchor House - Walsall Job Purpose and Role: To act as the point of contact for internal moderation and to assist in the smooth running of the organisation by providing support and assistance to staff and clients in a timely and courteous manner. Main Duties: • Monitoring and reviewing qualification paperwork including assessment materials in a timely manner and within stated timeframes • Support in the development of CPDs, seminars and webinars and supporting resources for qualifications • Dealing with telephone and email queries in a timely manner • Support STA’s designated safeguarding officers’, responding and actioning safeguarding enquiries • Maintain continual professional development as and when required • Undertake any necessary training and development as required for the role • Any other duties within the role as required.
Qualifications required
Level 2 Certificate Teaching Swimming (Mandatory) Level 2 Baby & Pre-School Swimming (Preferred) Level 2 Aquatic Teaching - Disability Swimming (Preferred)
