What you'll be doing You will own the end-to-end customer journey, maximising growth through both sales, experience and retention initiatives. Develop sales and customer experience processes Look for innovative solutions, embracing new technology Seek and drive new business opportunities Act as a coach and mentor to the operational teams, inspecting standards and inspiring change A member of the senior management team with full accountability and autonomy for a central area of the business What we're looking for You'll have a proven track record in a fast paced leisure, hospitality or related sector. Your commercial acumen and ideas will help drive our continued growth whilst recognising our over-arching goal of getting more people active. Exceptional interpersonal skills Commercially astute, but service-driven Innovative, passionate, and wanting to make a difference The ability to understand the motivation of staff and customers and develop sales and experience processes that grow our customer base and keep customers for longer A NVQ Level 4 / bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional qualification. As least 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the leisure industry or related leisure, hospitality or cultural setting.
