Sports & Fitness Specialist – USA Summer Camp 2027

Skilled Summers is a UK-based summer camp recruitment agency specialising in placing talented and enthusiastic staff at carefully selected summer camps across the USA. We work with camps offering extensive sports, fitness and activity programmes, matching applicants with roles that suit their skills, experience and interests. Your Role As a Sports & Fitness Specialist, you’ll lead fun, energetic and engaging sessions for campers of different ages and abilities. Depending on your experience and interests, your role could include: Coaching and leading sports sessions Fitness and conditioning activities Strength & conditioning Team sports such as football, basketball, volleyball and more Running drills, games and competitions Supporting beginner and advanced campers Helping campers develop their sporting skills, fitness and confidence Working alongside other sports and fitness instructors Experience & Qualifications Formal qualifications aren't always essential, although they are beneficial. We’re looking for people who are confident, enthusiastic and genuinely passionate about their sport or fitness. Previous experience in coaching, sports, fitness, personal training or a related area is welcomed.
