Full-time & part-time roles (Hours agreed with individuals, to suit their needs.) We will provide full lifeguard training so that you can join the Aqua Park team and work outdoors in a healthy environment for summer 2025. There are some shifts available before the park opens to help us prepare, and shifts to assist with pack down at the end of the season. We will discuss your availability with you at your interview. Following our normal operating procedures, and assisting with managing the flow of customers around the Aqua Park. Undertaking Lifeguard rotations on the Aqua Park and on the shore. Acting immediately to assist any customer in difficulties. Accurately completing First Aid Forms, as required, saving them in the company systems. Assisting with safety checks of the equipment at the beginning of the day and helping to safely pack down the site at the end of the day. Delivering a safety brief to customers before they enter the park. Cleaning the equipment and facilities as necessary. Undertaking customer service/shore rotations, where you will assist customers with rental wetsuits and buoyancy aids. Ensuring at all times that your actions mean that we will receive good customer feedback, after their visit to our site. You will be given full Aqua Park and open water training at our site, including the RLSS Open Water Lifeguard qualification. We would like to hear from you if: You are confident in the water, can swim 400 metres with a sense of urgency and would like to train as a Lifeguard. Or you already hold a Lifeguard Qualification, such as the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification, NPLQ, Open Water Lifeguard Qualification, OWL or the National Vocational Beach Lifeguard NVBLQ qualification. Other Information You need to have the right to work in the UK. You will be fully referenced before starting work, so you will need to provide details of two referees.
