Food & Beverage Assistant

Responsible for preparing and cooking menu items while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen, café, and bar. Deliver excellent customer service by serving food and beverages promptly, promoting menu items, and ensuring all sales are processed accurately. Maintain high standards of food hygiene, food safety, and health & safety compliance at all times, while adhering to all licensing regulations and legislative requirements.
