What you'll be doing Deliver high quality wellbeing inductions and programmes to meet members' needs and goals Sell wellbeing studio memberships and help achieve high member retention Provide excellent customer service with a positive, outgoing approach Ensure health and safety procedures are observed and report any risks or incidents to the Health and Wellbeing Manager What we're looking for A recognised Fitness or Anatomy Level 2 qualification People-focused approach with genuine interest in health and healthy lifestyles Ability to communicate at all levels and engage with groups Commitment to helping others realise their potential in health and wellbeing Positive attitude and commitment to high standards of customer service Personal commitment to a healthy lifestyle that aligns with our 'getting everyone active' ethos What you'll get Free use of our amazing facilities Excellent training and career development opportunities Work alongside like-minded people who share your passion Contract details Minimum 5 hours per week contract on either a Thursday and/or Friday.
