Swim Co-Ordinator

In this role you will manage, lead and look to develop Abbeycroft’s Swim Academy for your site. You will specifically manage swim teachers and the day-to-day running of the scheme. All aspects of this role require professionalism, care, friendliness and great customer interactions. 12.5 hours per week on a flexible rota, to be discussed at interview although will require availability during core Swim Academy hours of afternoons/ evenings and some weekend working.
