Your role will involve If you hold an up to date NPLQ, you will be ensuring a safe, secure, and supervised environment, monitoring pools and activities, First Aid requests and performing water rescues when necessary for mixed ability groups of 5-17 year olds looking to develop their water confidence. Role requirements: Lifeguards RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or National Rescue Award to Swimming Teachers and Coach (NRASTC) 6 months experience in a lifeguarding role working with 5–17-year-olds. Experiencing liaising with parents and delivering high quality customer service. Ability to work effectively as part of a team with demonstrated leadership skills. Capable of following daily operational procedures, with the ability to action a team to respond if Emergency First Aid /Evacuation procedures where required. Able to conduct a depth test at the venue Ensuring all facilities are cleaned and well maintained, communicating with guests, and following all NOP and EAP training to ensure the delivery of an excellent service.
