Duty Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and committed individual to join our Operations Management Team at Bradley Stoke Active Lifestyle Centre in the role of Duty Manager. As a Duty Manager you will: • Be directly responsible for the day-to-day operation of the facility. • Be a pro-active member of the Centre’s Operations Management Team • Drive excellent standards of customer satisfaction. • Drive performance of health and fitness, and swimming. • Assist with Health & Safety monitoring and you will assist with monitoring the cleanliness of the facility both internal and external. We want to hear from you if you: • Are flexible in your approach and understanding of the business needs. • Have a current NPLQ qualification or be willing to achieve this within three months of starting the role. • See the bigger picture for Bradley Stoke and have the ambition to be part of its future growth and success. Shifts will include: Saturday 5:00pm - 7:00pm Sunday 6:00pm - 9:00pm Both shifts will occur once every four weeks. This is an average of 1.25 hours per week.
