Swimming Teacher

We are looking for experienced, qualified swimming teachers to join our small, friendly team. All qualifications considered, induction & training provided. We swim at five lovely warm private pools in Farnham, Hindhead, Bordon, Basingstoke & Newbury. We offer private and very small group lessons to babies from 3 months through to adults. We swim Monday - Sunday and are currently looking for evening & weekend teachers, with the potential for daytime hours in the future, for the right teacher. We swim alongside the schools terms, with a break for Christmas, Easter and summer. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and continue to develop their skills. We work to our own award scheme and provide a termly scheme of work. There is the opportunity to achieve further qualifications and take on senior roles for the right teacher. We are looking for reliable, caring teachers, who are looking to uphold our excellent teaching standards. Teachers are expected to work within our scheme of work and using our teaching practices. Rate of pay depends on qualifications, experience and completion of our induction training, and assessment after the first term of classes. Our average starting rate for new teachers is £22-25 per hour, and for those who have completed training £25-28 per hour. We are newly opening classes at a lovely warm pool in Basingstoke in September 26. We have full flexibility of weekday evenings and weekends, so hours can be entirely flexible.
