Swim School Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic Swim School Manager to join our teams at Hartsdown, BlueWave and Ramsgate Leisure Centres, that share our mission ‘to improve the health, wellbeing, and lifestyle of everyone within our communities’ as well as our vision to ‘LiveBetter with Your Leisure’. You will be able to efficiently manage our STA Swim School and Schools programmes by maximising participation and performance. Enhanced pay available whilst covering classes and delivering STA courses as a tutor (training provided). You will hold a current Swim England or STA Level 2 Certificate, and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
