Train to Become a Swim Teacher (1st July - 7th July)

Are you interested in becoming a Swim Teacher? Now’s yourchance! We are offering an exciting opportunity to train as a swim teacher and work for your local Active Lifestyle Centre! You will gain a Nationally recognised Swim Teaching Qualification with the possibility of further career development within the Leisure Industry. If you’re looking to develop new skills, or thinking of a change in career then we would love to hear from you! This course is being held at Yate Active Lifestyle Centre on the following dates: 01/07/2024 - 09:00 - 18:30 02/07/2024 - 09:00 - 18:30 03/07/2024 - 09:00 - 18:30 05/07/2024 - 09:00 - 18:30 07/07/2024 - 09:00 - 18:30 Times are provisional. Full attendance is required. We have contracted and casual roles available. During the application and interview process you will be asked to indicate your preference for fixed hours of work (contracted) or working for us on an “as and when required” (casual) basis. Please note the following for each: Contracted: We will fund 100% of the course, subject to you signing a training agreement. The training agreement stipulates that you must agree to repay in full the cost of the training if you: Leave the organisation during your first 12 months of employment Do not complete the STA Course Are dismissed for any reason other than redundancy Casual: We will fund 50% of the course and you will fund the remaining 50% subject to you signing a training agreement.
