Cover Duty Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and committed individual to join our Operations Management Team at Longwell Green Active Lifestyle Centre in the role of Cover Duty Manager. As a Cover Duty Manager you will: • Be directly responsible for the day-to-day operation of the facility. • Be a pro-active member of the Centre’s Operations Management Team • Drive excellent standards of customer satisfaction. • Drive performance of health and fitness, and swimming. • Assist with Health & Safety monitoring and you will assist with monitoring the cleanliness of the facility both internal and external.
