1:1 Swimming Instructor

Stepping Stones Swimming Lessons is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic swimming teacher to join our growing private 1:1 lesson programme. You will deliver personalised lessons for children and adults, helping swimmers build confidence, improve technique and achieve their individual goals. This includes supporting beginners, developing stroke skills and adapting lessons for swimmers with additional support needs. Your responsibilities will include planning individual learning goals, identifying and correcting technique, providing clear feedback and recording progress through the Stepping Stones app. You will build positive relationships with swimmers and families, creating a safe, welcoming and encouraging learning environment. We are looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, technically knowledgeable and confident working with a range of ages and abilities. This is an employed PAYE position with holiday pay, ongoing support and opportunities for career progression. Lessons run throughout the year, with daytime, evening and weekend teaching opportunities depending on venue availability and swimmer demand.
