NPLQ Trainer Assessor

Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and committed individuals to join our team of NPLQ Trainer Assessors. Working as an NPLQ Trainer Assessor you will: Deliver and organise NPLQ courses on a periodic basis in line with demand and to RLSS standards Deliver ongoing training to staff in line with RLSS and Circadian Trust standards Complete assessment and competency assessments on a periodic basis Support candidates through a variety of learning styles Support the Centre Manager and Head of Aquatics in providing a culture of exceptional lifeguards with the highest standards of safety We want to hear from you if you: Are aged 18+ Hold a current RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) & RLSS UK Trainer Assessor (TA) Qualification Have experience of working in a leisure focussed environment Have good verbal communication and observation skills Have knowledge of business IT applications (e.g. word processing/PowerPoint/spreadsheets) Have a flexible approach to work, a positive work ethic, self confidence and are a team player Circadian Trust has an expectation that you will continue to undertake NPLQ courses and ongoing training across the organisation on a regular basis.
