Your role will involve If you hold an SSTQ, SEQ Level 2, STA Level 2 certificate, you’ll be responsible for delivering bespoke and engaging 30-45 minute sessions with mixed ability groups aged between 5-17 with a focus on building water confidence! Role requirements: Swim teacher SSTQ, ASA/SEQ Level 2 or STA Level 2 Certificate in Swimming Teaching 6 months experience in swimming teaching working with 5–17-year-olds. Experiencing liaising with parents and delivering high quality customer service. Ability to work effectively as part of a team with demonstrated leadership skills. Designing, planning and delivering safe, but dynamic sessions from the poolside or in the water using creative techniques that appeal to a wide age and ability range whilst carefully considering child welfare.
