Catering Supervisor

Do you have a passion for catering, excellent customer service (and a good cup of coffee….?!) As the Catering Supervisor at the Blackshots Leisure Centre cafe, you will be responsible for the overall supervision of the catering function, assisting in financial and staffing aspects whilst optimising profit through operational effectiveness and efficiency. In addition, responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with food safety regulation, health and safety requirements and customers’ expectations.
