Swimming Teacher –Newmarket - Hourly rate £15.77 In this role you will have the great responsibility and satisfaction in teaching those of any age to swim. Key Responsibilities: • Instructing and Developing students • Developing and creating lesson plans in line with the Swim Academy • Maintaining a safe environment • Setting up lessons and down lessons, including equipment • Providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall experience for our guests. • Assessing progress of students and providing feedback where required • Communicating effectively with students and families for a positive learning experience Requirements: • Responsible individual with a passion for working in leisure, health, and well-being. • Prior experience swim teaching, or similar (not essential) • Strong commitment to safety and the well-being of others. • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. • Strong understanding and ability to deliver effective customer service in various scenarios Qualifications: • An STA or Swim England Level 2 Swim Teaching Qualification minimum Candidates without this qualification may be able to attain with Abbeycroft after a successful interview.
