Freelance Swim Teacher

We are looking for passionate, reliable and experienced Freelance Swim Teachers across England to provide personalised, client-centred swimming sessions for individuals living with brain injuries and neurological conditions. Our service is focused on empowering clients to develop greater independence, build confidence and achieve their personal goals. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and meaningful swimming sessions that are adapted to each client’s individual needs, abilities and goals. You will be confident supporting clients to improve their physical confidence, coordination, mobility, fitness and swimming skills, while encouraging independence and participation in activities that enhance their wellbeing and quality of life. We are seeking professional and experienced Swim Teachers who are currently working on a freelance basis and are confident working independently. Experience supporting individuals with neurological conditions, brain injuries or disabilities is highly desirable, although we are also interested in hearing from experienced teachers with a strong understanding of person-centred practice and a willingness to develop their knowledge in this area. The ideal candidate will be patient, compassionate, professional and encouraging, with the ability to adapt sessions to suit individual needs. You should be confident building positive relationships with clients and creating a safe, supportive and empowering environment that enables individuals to reach their potential.
