Multiple teachers required for Various hours; Weekday evenings from 4-7pm Weekend 9-12 or 1-4pm 28 hours avalible in total or a combination of shifts. As a Swimming Teacher at Aqualight you’ll be a vital part of a nurturing and encouraging team, delivering high-quality swimming lessons to children of all ages and abilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver fun, engaging, and educational swimming lessons to children of varying skill levels. - Foster a warm, welcoming, and positive environment that puts the needs and well-being of children first. - Create engaging lessons for children to help them achieve their swimming goals. - Build strong relationships with both children and parents, ensuring open communication and a family-friendly atmosphere. - Monitor and assess children’s progress, offering encouragement and constructive feedback. - Maintain safety and uphold high standards of care in and around the pool at all times. - Work collaboratively with other team members to support the overall development of the children and the smooth running of classes.
