We are looking for engaging and inspiring swimming teachers to join our team in delivering world-class lessons for Stingrays Swim School based at 3-1-5 Health Club - Lancaster. Starting initially as a cover instructor, the ideal candidate will be flexible to cover lessons across the weekday evenings and weekend mornings as needed. Leading to permanent classes in the future. Your primary role will be to deliver a range of learn-to-swim programmes to our children and inspire them through fun and innovative lessons, delivering excellent standards of customer care for swimmers and their families. As part of your teaching role, you will not only deliver fun and inspiring lessons but also use technology to track swimmers' progress. Responsibilities include; - Delivering group lessons to children from pre-school onwards. - Ensure health and safety guidelines are adhered to. - Committed, passionate, loyal and must have the ability to create a good rapport with parents/carers and children. - Must be able to identify children’s levels of ability and adapt activities and lessons as required. - Run sessions effectively and efficiently, setting up and maintaining equipment and adhering to Swim School safeguarding policy. - Provide feedback on swimmers when required.
