We have an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Services Team at Kingswood Active Centre! As a Customer Services Advisor you will... • Be responsible for making bookings and payment for activities at the centre. • Handle general and sales enquiries from customers. Who we are looking for.. • Someone who is friendly and dynamic, with strong communication skills - who thrives in a fast paced environment! • Someone who has knowledge of IT applications including Outlook, Microsoft packages and booking systems. Our team is made up of people who enjoy helping our customers, and share our own high service standards. Available hours: Week 1 Monday 16:15 – 20:45 PLUS at least one weekend shift of Saturday 13:00 – 17:30 Sunday 09:30 – 14:00 Sunday 13:00 – 17:30 Week 2 Thursday 16:15 – 20:45 PLUS at least one weekend shift of Saturday 13:00 – 17:30 Sunday 09:30 – 14:00 Sunday 13:00 – 17:30 Pay: £12.21 per hour Applications will close on 19th February 2026 at 8.00am.
