We have an exciting opportunity to join our Contact Centre Team at Yate Active Centre! As a Contact Centre Advisor your duties will include... • Providing an efficient and effective telephone answering service • Answering queries from customers via email and the telephone • Taking payments using Circadian Trust’s electronic point of sale system We want to hear from you if you... • Have an excellent telephone manner • Are friendly and enthusiastic about what you do! • Have knowledge of IT applications including Outlook, Microsoft packages and booking systems. Hours available (alternate weeks): Wednesday 10:15am - 6:15pm Thursday 10:00am - 6:00pm Pay: £12.21 per hour on joining, increasing to £12.51 per hour after 1 year Applications close for this role on Friday 5th September 2025 at 8:30am.
